Contractual Arrangements

With the aim of fulfilling our commitment and building relationships of trust and fairness with our Suppliers, the Company has established a series of transparent, expeditious processes to acquire goods and services.

Current and potential suppliers are listed in Agreement 88, the detailed information of the contractual arrangements that govern the Company.

Contract regulations

The Company's procurement regulations allow any person or corporation to become a supplier of goods and services. These regulations are additional guidelines and complement Agreement 88.

  • 1. Agreement 88 of October 25, 2013 adopts the regulations for procuring goods and services.
  • 2. Occupational Health Policy of April 26 of 2007, whereby ISA and its companies declare their commitment to protect, maintain, and improve the occupational health of its workers and of the people involved in the execution of their processes.
  • 3. Environmental Policy of April 30, 2007, whereby ISA and its companies declare their commitment to protect, maintain, and improve the occupational health of its workers and of the people involved in the execution of their processes.
  • 4. Policy for the procurement of goods and services of December 14, 2007. Whereby all of ISA's companies standardize principles and concepts related to the procurement of goods and services, and explicitly state their commitments to the suppliers.
  • 5. Administrative Instruction No. 35 of September 25, 2000 regulates how Suppliers are managed (to comprehensively manage information pertaining to the Suppliers Catalog, the Creditors Registry, Quality Assurance and Supplier Performance Evaluation).
  • 6. Administrative Instruction No. 97 of March 24, 2011 regulates the Large Scale Procurement Advisory Committee.
  • 7. Agreement No. 74 of December 19, 2008.  Adopts the Manual on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).
  • 8. Regulations pertaining to disqualifications and incompatibilities applicable to ISA procurement.
